摘  要
在目前我国制造业愈发兴旺的当代,提升机的身影已经是越发常见,大到工地上、工厂里的超大型重型提升机,小到家用版本的小型粮食提升机,可以说提升机已经逐渐普及开来。在这样的背景下,作为信息时代大数据整合后发现,目前国内的垂直提升机还是以板链斗式提升机为主流,而板链提升机在应用过程中却也显示出了一些问题。链条作为板链斗式提升机传动部件的核心部件,主要采用的是高强度滚子链。但是这种链条在实际应用过程中会出现一些类似销轴断裂、外链板开裂等现象,甚至大规格链条的套筒在使用大半年后会出现套筒开裂现象。针对这一问题笔者展开了研究,试图通过以NSE1200x41型号板链斗式垂直提升机为例,采用有限元分析的方法对关键核心部件、已经暴露出问题的零件进行受力分析,了解其受力分析结果后,可以进一步的进行对应的结构优化设计,增强其目前不足之处。在本文中通过自行选择电动机、设计磁力联轴器以及建造整体提升机模型,对提升机整体有了一定的了解之后,运用Solidworks软件中的有限元分析插件simulation插件对核心关键零件进行了有限元分析,在了解其不足之处的基础上对其进行了一定的研究设计,寻找到了它们的更优设计方案,基本完成了毕业设计的目标任务。

Abstract
At present, with the booming manufacturing industry in our country, the figure of hoist has become more and more common. It can be said that the hoist has been gradually popularized, ranging from super heavy hoist in construction site and factory to small grain hoist in household version. In this context, as a big data integration in the information age, it is found that the current domestic vertical elevator is still dominated by the plate chain bucket elevator, while the plate chain elevator also shows some problems in the application process. Chain is the core component of the drive component of plate chain bucket elevator, which mainly adopts high strength roller chain. However, in the practical application of this chain, some phenomena such as pin fracture and outer chain plate cracking will occur, and even the sleeve cracking of large size chain will occur after half a year of use. In view of this problem, the author has carried out research, trying to take NSE1200x41 plate-chain bucket vertical elevator as an example, using the finite element analysis method to analyze the stress of key core components and parts that have exposed problems. After understanding the results of the stress analysis, the corresponding structural optimization can be further carried out to enhance its current deficiencies. In this paper, through the self-selection of motors, the design of magnetic coupling and the construction of the overall hoist model, we have a certain understanding of the overall hoist, and then use the finite element analysis plug-in simulation plug-in in Solidworks software to carry out finite element analysis of the core key components, on the basis of understanding its shortcomings, we have carried out a certain research and design, and found out. Their better design scheme basically accomplished the goal and task of graduation design.
